Refund policy

You are eligible to return an item back to us in a sellable condition for any reason; within 30 days of receiving the item. Please do contact us on  info@rugsbydesire.com to confirm that you would like to return the item.

Refund will be processed on the return of the items in a sellable condition. Return Postage will be charged for the " Change of Mind" .
